Shipping
We offer free shipping on all vintage finds within the US. No matter your purchase, we carefully wrap and ship each item fully insured using either UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage- service is based on the size, weight, and fragility of your purchase. Method of shipment is at our discretion (unless you’ve paid to upgrade shipping) but your order will always arrive in a timely manner! Tracking information will be uploaded to your purchase so you can follow along each step of the way! The added bonus: We ship most items within 1-2 business days.

Local Delivery
If you're in the Baton Rouge area, the option to receive your purchase by complimentary delivery will be offered at checkout once your address is entered. Items will be wrapped and dropped off at your door or whatever secure location you specify, usually by the next business day! Pickup is not available at this time.

Sourcing Vintage
We’re always on the lookout for customer favorites but can’t guarantee when and if we’ll have something back in stock so don’t hesitate if you see something you just have to have!

If you’re looking for something specific that you don’t see in the shop, feel free to send us a request! We love to hear from you; it makes the hunt even more exciting!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We’ve taken every opportunity possible in our packaging materials to support the environment! We package each purchase with care using biodegradable packing peanuts which can be reused, disposed of by dissolving in warm water, or added to your compost. We encourage you to recycle or reuse our shipping boxes and bubble wrap as well!

We can not accommodate special requests to substitute packing materials due to the fragility of our inventory.

Damaged Mail
Sometimes accidents happen! We kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery in the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment. Do not refuse delivery. Snap photos of your box, packing materials, and the damage and send them our way. We’ll file the claim for you! We ask that you keep all damaged goods, including packaging until the insurance claim has been approved. In some cases, we might need you to fill out an affidavit describing and verifying loss through the shipping insurer’s website to support the claim. In other cases, USPS may ask that you bring your package to your local post office to verify the damage in person. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way until the issue is resolved and your refund is processed.

Lost/Missing Mail
In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive as it should, send us a message. Shipping sometimes takes longer than expected and is completely out of our control but if your package is lost or missing IN TRANSIT, we will file a lost mail claim and do our best to track it down or expedite a refund.

*We are not responsible if your mail can not be found after being marked as DELIVERED in the tracking system. If you usually have a problem receiving mail or with stolen mail in your area, contact us BEFORE purchase and we’ll upgrade you to a delivery signature. We can not file an insurance claim for mail marked as delivered by the carrier that you never receive but are happy to help track it down however we can!

Shipping Address
Please check and then double check your shipping address before submitting an order. We sometimes print shipping labels very shortly after your purchase and no address changes can be made after that time.

We are not responsible for lost or returned orders shipped to an incorrectly submitted destination address and therefore can not guarantee a refund for your purchase.

If you refuse delivery, enter an incorrect delivery address OR fail to reschedule/pickup a missed delivery with the shipping carrier and the package is 'returned to sender', please reach out to us as soon as possible for re-shipment options. Because we do not accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Inventory Holds
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate requests to hold or deactivate listings until you’re ready to purchase. Out of respect for all customers, all inventory is listed and sold on a first come, first served basis. We appreciate your understanding of this policy!
